Your hats are massively oversized and your marketing is very misleading. With regards to which hats are bigger and smaller even the smaller size hats only just fit my huge head to have to pay to to return your product at my cost was a dealbreaker for me and I won’t be recommending your product or purchasing a gift from you. I suggest that you change your marketing and get smaller size hats.

I ordered the 3x Ultra fit hats as a bundle. Surprisingly, these were too big for my noggin so I reached out to Live Co to see if they could help me out and swap them for the Deep fit sizing.
TBH, nothing was too hard for the team at Live Co. They responded so quickly, understood my dilemma and made the process so easy.
