The final product itself is excellent. Quite well-made and has arrived in a very reasonable time. My problem is is with the way the company is run. They have a very fine product, but they could be considered a bit scammy. I ordered my quilt and once I paid for it, I received instructions that I had to cut the T-shirts apart from the front and back myself (I can understand that part), then I had to pay $25 for shipping both ways, then I had to pay extra because some of the shirts were large, understandably, rush shipping was an additional cost. Also, I had to provide my own shipping box. Later, I received a notification that they had charged my account for even more money because of something to do with the material on two of the shirts. No notice, just a charge. This is a company that seems to nickel and dime you to death. I ordered the lap size quilt, which was roughly $80. I received 30% off as a new customer, but by the time I added up all of the extras, and $80 blanket went up costing me close to $150. I’m just disappointed that they were not upfront with all of the costs. None of these directions or anything else came until after I placed the order. Again, the product is top-notch and five stars, the company is a two stars company at best. . Really, it should be down to one, but because of the product it went up. Just be aware that it is not as simple as they make it out to be. You just don’t put your shirts in a box and send it to them. There are many steps in between. After all of this, I get an email asking me if I want to tip the crew that made my quilt. Unconscionable- especially if you pay a decent wage to these people.
