I was somewhat confused about how to do the pieces that I needed to do before I mailed it. There were lots of instructions, but I think it was just an emotional process for me to prepare my husband shirts and to cut them up was a bit difficult for me emotionally. But the instructions were on the webpage and even I had a problem and needed. Ask a question somebody called me back and helped me through it. I had a very good experience with the company.
