The only thing I can say for sure about how I have been treated by the SKIN GRIP people is that I realized one of my orders had a pack of smaller-sized "patches" than those I had been using, and there was no issue with having the correct-size shipped to me at no cost.
I truly felt that I was well-taken-care-of by the rep who swapped my sensor patches, immediately!

The light brown covers work well for me. They stay on a long time. They do stay wet, so you have to dry them, but tend to stay put and if they start to come loose around the edges, it is late in the 10 days.
