We had ordered two shirts, but we have not received our order yet. We visited the post office to enquire about it, and they informed us that the address was incorrect or not proper. However, we had provided the correct address while placing the order.
Due to this issue, the shirts were returned to the sender, and we have neither received the products nor the refund/payment.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest by either resending the shirts to the
