After paying them in full and after ~30 days had passed, I contact them 5 separate times without any response. So I saw no other choice but to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because I thought this was a scam. Something most people would do.
It wasn’t until after I initiated the chargeback when they contacted me. The very next day they sent me a few photos of the artwork that was so inferior to what I had seen on their website to commission.

As I mentioned on the previous page, the artist did a great job; however, the video in a commercial and the message it sends is misleading. It clearly shows the use of a canvas stretching tool, which was not included in the package—despite the ad stating, "All you need is a screwdriver, the rest comes from us." I had to take the canvas to an art store and pay extra to have it stretched properly.
