Whoever sends out orders obviously does not care if you get the right product or not. Customer service gives empty promises (like sending free sets), and the lack of communication is annoying. Purchase dice from other companies. With URWizards, you gamble if you will get your actual order, or if they will even send anything without having to badger them to send you what you paid for. Even then you probably won't get the correct sets sent.
