This is the best online company I have shopped. I made two orders and added a comment asking them to ship together. Customer service reached out and returned one of the shipping cost, despite not asking for that. I was missing a promo free dice, when I reached out they sent a replacement next day. Email communication was quick, helpful, and top tier service. 10/10 would recommend, I have spread the word to my DND table and they all ordered their own sets.
