I Absolutely horrible customer service! Since your product does not fit I wanted to return it, I even prepaid for return services just in case. As soon as I started the return process in your site I've had nothing but problems trying to return the hats. All of my several inquiries for help have been denied. Each request for return/refund information has been met with "so sorry for the inconvenience, I'll be escalating this to the correct department". It's going on week 3 and nobody has responded
