What an actual terrible experience I’ve had with Salt Mafia. I was unsure about size and unfortunately guessed wrong. Instead of processing a return in exchange for the bigger size I had to place a new order and then return the first. The new order took much longer to be delivered than the first hat. After I received the larger size I requested a return label for the first hat and they sent it. So far not too bad. Well it took them over a month to issue me a PARTIAL REFUND. Their idiotic excus
