First great, second was not, and through email I did get an omission of error that the wrong arrangement was sent on my last 2nd. 3rd was great, 4th was the worst. It's difficult getting replies, and I was offered only an apology regarding the 2nd incorrect arrangement, and guarantee that the 3rd would be good. 4th was embarrassing, got my wife teased at work, and I was given a 50% refund after a full was requested. Not the worst, but far from good. 2/5.
