This was by far the WORST experience that I have ever had with this company!! I placed an order in the early afternoon BEFORE 3PM. I was notified that the order was confirmed at 153PM. I was notified that the order was out for delivery and on its way at 313PM. I received a FALSE notice at 625PM that we were missed. NONT ONCE did anyone attempt to drop or deliver the flowers that I ordered for my wife on our anniversary day of all days!

The delivery lady even called to let me know no one was answering the door and offered to take the flowers to another location. That kind of service is rare! The arrangement looked just like the photo. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

From looking at the Instagram and seeing the products they offer, I was amazed and placed the order. The website was very smooth and easy to add and remove items. I really loved the delivery process, a tracker is provided and it was very accurate from when the order was received to when it gets delivered. The driver was even more amazing at communicating when he was on the way and also when he was parking and arrived. I left instructions on delivery as I am not in Florida and it was followed.
