Your customer service was terrible this time. The roses arrived in poor quality and did not last long even though we did follow the directions and water the sponge on the first day. I complained multiple times to your customer service and they tell me it was my fault. That’s not the way you should be treating your repeat customers.

Never received my items customer service is the worst, they’ll put you on hold and don’t come back to the call, or assure you they’ll call you back with the updates to get you off the phone, but never do. I will never order from them again. Had to call 3-4 times to get my refund process.
