It was good. I would use them again. The inscription was quite a bit higher than a competitor for Joe Namath. I was asked to pay $40 more for the autograph after I sent it in. Originally, I e-mailed to ask correct price and N. Powers replied and told the price I was to pay. I was then told by M. Powers I needed to pay $40 more. I told M. Powers I have an e-mail from N. stating a different price. I still had to pay $40 more. I don't believe that was right after being quoted a different price by an employee/owner, especially since she had the same last name.
