I ordered back on August and didnt receive my order until this week due to problems with delivery. Not sure where or who had the problem along the way. Was a little disappointed because the order was for a birthday in late August which obviously didnt arrive on time. The customer service team were very helpful and polite. Its just a shame about the timing.
