The day the package was supposed to arrive I stayed home all day as I believed I had to be home to sign for it. It didn’t arrive that day. The next day, I was out when the delivery person came to the door of my building (not at the time indicated on the delivery company’s website). He told me just to buzz him in and he’d leave the package in the secure delivery room of the building which he did. So I didn’t need to receive the package in person. The information regarding delivery should be clear
