I was missing some items namely, 2 bottles of oil and 2 funnels. I was a little disappointed because the sets were gifts and I did not have the funnels or extra bottles of oil to include when I delivered the gifts. I love the product; hate the shipping. Couriers do not deliver to rural customers or small towns. If you would consider the option of delivery with Canada Post, they would be available to everyone. My neighbours love them, but when I tell them they can't get delivery, they decide not to consider buying. Every Canadian has mail delivery; only city people get courier service. I love supporting unique Canadian companies, but I had to drive way too far to pick up my order.
