My experience was very bad, starting from the extremely late delivery. The order took a whole month to arrive. The colors in the picture I received were completely different and much darker than the ones I had sent. I had made this painting as a gift for a friend, so it was really disappointing. Everything about this order was poor and did not meet my expectations at all.

I chose 38 colours, but not every single one was used. Plus, it didn’t quite capture the essence of the picture. It might have been if I had used all the colours available, but some of the numbers aren’t even in the illustration.

I haven't even started painting yet. I bought three paintings on December 13, 2025, but the other two only arrived today (January 8, 2026). Also, I discovered that one of the paintings was missing a pack of thumbtacks in its packaging; you didn't notice this when you packed it. I am extremely unhappy with this delay in receiving the goods and the oversight in the packaging.
