I really like the product, which is why giving it 2 stars is so disappointing. My Canvas Beauty Glaze arrived warm and gritty, and I reached out to the company for help getting it back to its original consistency. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
I’m especially frustrated because I ordered two more, and now I’m concerned I’ll be stuck trying to fix those as well. I wanted to be a forever customer but the condition my glaze arrived in and the lack of customer support are unacceptable
