Bad costumer service

I haven't received my 50.00 back yet because although I used the premailed sticker they are saying they still haven't received it yet from 2½was ago. I guess that's one way to get extra money. But I still love my drill so I'll just keep a close eye on these folks from now on.

I gave it only three stars because I can’t get it to work. I think together with two lamps and a remote.

When I reached out to customer service about the bits that were offered for the trial, they pretty much said oh yeah we just randomly select a few. Sorry about that.

Great shopping experience

We’ve been using the new Onail nail drill for some time now, and overall we’re satisfied. The device feels well-built, runs smoothly, and is comfortable to work with. However, there’s one thing all of our technicians (4 people) noticed: the claimed 50,000 RPM feels closer to 35-40k in real use. It’s not critical, but the difference is noticeable during work. It’s a solid option as an additional unit in a salon. But would we replace all of our existing drills (we have 10) with Onail - not sure,

The O Nail lamp is one of the best I’ve worked with. I’ve been a nail technician for 10 years, and buying this lamp was a great decision. I’m really happy with it.

This is a very expensive lamp, yet it isn't very efficient; it doesn't dry properly. It shuts off right in the middle of curing the gel polish—I take my hand out, and the polish hasn't dried at all. It is truly outrageous—such an expensive product that performs so poorly. I had very high expectations, but honestly, this product has been a huge disappointment.

I loved my efile,bought it back in November. Something is wrong with one of the hand pieces or maybe the drill in general I’m not really sure but it has a pretty noticeable vibration that it never had. Part of my concern is that the gold plating from efile bits was coming off and im certain that is in the hand piece, feels like a barring issue to me tho. I haven’t heard back from customer service after sending the requested video and info but it’s only been a few days. Hopefully it works out
