I booked an experience day today for my daughter & niece. The girl at the front desk made us feel a bit off she served the people in front of us then turned to some people who had just walked over went to deal with them in that time more people showed up at the stand and she sorted them out now our turn, not chatty and smiley like she was with everyone else and at the end when we were leaving she was off with us again. Really sad as the girls noticed the difference in how they were treated.
