A better experience this time and the products arrived well packaged with all items included.My first order with Plouise however wasn’t good at all.Many items were missing from the Teddy collection and I had a terrible problem trying to sort it all out and was only offered a small refund of £20.00 which if you added up the items that were missing was nowhere near the value of the missing items.The coconut cake Teddy set was supposed to be for my daughters birthday.
