Horrible service. Never got my supplies. I updated the right address and they never got back to Me. I would never recommend for anyone to use this company. Very unprofessional

Quick response to my tracking query was good, but the parcel arrived with no further tracking updates, so all ok in the end.

The shopping part was easy.

Very long shipping to Australia - from shipping updates it looks like it sat at the warehouse for 1 week before being dispatched.

it was good ,the problem was that it wasn't sealed and leaked out . didn't even have enough in it to tryout so I don't know if it helps or not

Received order very quickly considering the distance . Item arrived very well packaged to avoid damage. No need to contact Zorla for any issues, all went smoothly.
