Your responses were very quick which i appreciated. You guys even have a satisfaction guarantee but then you tell me u have to pay a return shipping fee. So i couldn't even get a full refund. I ended up settling on a partial refund, but even at that point i wasnt really satisfied. I decided to take the loss and keep the watches but to be 100% honest, the watch sits in the bag untouched. You guys should have honored your satisfaction guarantee and given me a full refund.
