Had shipping issues, not the fault of the company, and talked with a customer service rep who was very helpful in the beginning but had issues getting in contact with another rep later to find out if my shipment had been re-shipped. Re-shipment took a while and I ended up getting my order a little over a month after initially ordering.

My experience with Lucky Fours has been extremely disappointing. I paid for expedited shipping, yet my order cleared processing on January 30 and never arrived. After multiple emails, I received little to no meaningful response. As of March 8, I still have not received the product or a proper explanation. Despite this, I received an automated email asking how the watches looked, even though they were never delivered. Poor communication and failure to fulfill paid services.
