I called and told staff I’m ordering today -Thursday, but will collect on Sunday as I’m flying up from Tauranga Saturday night. I got a message the next day advising my order is ready? So again I called to advise my travel plans to which person on the phone said the order had been put aside. When I received the order the kinas were very brown in colour, which would mean they are very old and have been frozen any way. Not happy at all.

I ordered these prawns and whitebait on the 23rd October '25, they weren't dispatched until the 28th October and did arrive until 31st October, as you can imagine they were fit for consumption. I have yet to receive my refund as the company is giving me the runaround, even though I have it in an email that they say they will refund.
