After waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes to collect a fresh salmon on xmas eve, I was told they didnt have my salmon order and that all they had available was a frozen salmon. This was a pre paid purchase made several days in advance, with no email to advise me that they wouldn't have it. I wasn't offered any discount for the inconvenience only some oysters as a consolation. Considering there were cheaper prices at multiple other places for the same size/weight, it was disappointing to have this result after selecting Scott Seafood as a "quality" option and travelling across the city to collect what I paid for. Additonally, when I was waiting in line I witnessed several others be given incorrect orders with missing or just wrong items. Overall not a pleasant experience and I hope this feedback can help the business improve its processes and customer satisfaction.
