Terrible customer service. Responses to my emails Phil AI generated. Just someone string me along saying that they were working on my issue with no real updates no Solutions and more importantly no explanation on why my order got screwed up and why they couldn’t send out a replacement.

Ordering was easy. The products look good. However, one lantern was defective and there was a delay in response (I had to follow up a few times). It was eventually replaced after one month (which is quite delayed compared to other companies response time). Given the price of these lanterns, I was hoping for a more timely/quicker response. Hopefully, your company is experiencing growth and can have more helping hands for customer support.
