I really like Alp! Highly recommend it to people often. The spearmint is my favorite but tropical fruit and sweet nectar are also very good. Sometimes the pouches are made a little bit inconsistently. For example, the sweet nectar pouches are very dry or the tropical fruit can be a little mushy. I usually have a mouthful of water when I first put in the sweet nectar pouch and then I chew it for a few seconds to get it started. Overall I love the product.
