Alps are not a good pouch. The powder is on one side of the pouch so you have to shape them before you put them in. When shaping them flat your fingers get so sticky. After 10 minutes my gums felt sore. The mint flavors aren’t bad but sweet nectar got old fast. It left a bad taste in my mouth. They can’t beat Zyns.
