My daughter's glasses came through brilliantly. The ones I ordered at the same time didn't, so I did also get to engage with Lensalter customer support on an issue needing attention (not anything Lensalter did wrong, I just think my prescription is more complicated and didn't work with the frames I originally ordered), and they have been as superb to work with through an issue as the Star glasses have been for my daughter to wear/use!

I just hope I can get the prescriptions on the right sides that way, I can actually start to wear them! But other than that, the communication with the team was been great.
