They give you tons of selection of designs for your seat, they get you excited and then tell you that it's no longer available. Why have it as a choice if it's not available? Customer service isn't very helpful either. They do not want to honor their warranty even though the product they provided does not 100% fit. They say they only cover manufacturing defect, well the holes for buttons/latches not aligning is a manufacturing defect. You charge so much for the item but you don't honor warranty.

the passanger seat cover doesn't fit well. I sent a photo of the seat, front and back to show the plastic cover on the back of the seat. I tried taking it off and it did not help. The driver seat fits well.

I tried to cancel my order shortly after buying them and got no response. By the time I reached someone it was too late to cancel. Now I have unusable seat covers

Overall, incredibly disappointing.

Don’t do it, go with Katskin leather, or Kustom Interior.

Just fits, some pieces don’t fit, to put these seat covers and accessories on takes hours. If you use the tool it will rip. If I had known would not have spent over $500 on these seat covers. Save yourself the trouble, ikea furniture is easier to build. I’m extremely unhappy the tool they give you just rips right through. Expect your order in 2 months, it takes forever to receive.

Customer service was great!

They have a major issue with there product colors between what they display on the website (via mockups) and the actual color of the fabric they use to make the seat covers. The seat covers I received were not anywhere close to being the correct color. The first email I sent them was an email simply showing them I received the wrong color (screenshot of color I ordered off their site and a picture taken of what I received). There reply back was cold/ uncaring as well as dishonest, POS company!

Communication throughout the order process was good. Given they are custom made the covers take awhile to receive. I received multiple updates from their team during this time.

Shipping took longer than expected but the quality of the seats made it worth it

The wait was long but I was satisfied in the end.

Currently I am very disappointed. I did not receive what I ordered and no one is doing anything about it. All of my products should have been dark brown with gray stitching, instead they are black with brown stitching. I have emailed about it and have yet to hear anything back.
