The experience was great! They even had somebody follow up to confirm your customization. Unfortunately, I might not have chosen the correct color and number for my preferred color, but otherwise, it was close enough to what I wanted. Overall, it's an amazing experience with Auto Seat Zone.

They told you the stages the covers were going through you were well informed. Yes it did that time getting them but believe me it was worth the wait.

It took from the order placed in January 28, and didn’t receive it until April 18. Y’all could not give clear updates on the order.

Time line update emails where awesome to keep me in the loop and seat covers showed up exactly when they where supposed to arrive

Took longer then expected but worth the wait.

It took 3 months to arrive which is something I'd wish was communicated before I ordered them. The color is beautiful and the fit is great. Customers should know that there will be wrinkles in the covers due to shipping which can be taken care of via a steamer. Everything fit great minus the armrest cover and the rear headrests. I think they sent me rear headrest covers for the wrong model or year. Auto Seat Zone, would you send me the correct ones??

Ordering the covers were easy and straightforward! Sending in pictures was easy and was keep in the loop of the progress. Only issue was I received the incorrect style I custom ordered.

Pictures online are different from what’s delivered, save yourself and look elsewhere.

In general, my experience with Auto Seat Zone was definitely a one out of five and I would give them a zero out of five if I could. Not only did they take almost an extra month longer than the already extremely long wait time of six weeks that I was given, but once I received the items not a single thing fit correctly. I would like to make a return and get my money back because I definitely do not want to keep these seat covers.

The seat covers were easy enough to install, the directions were not great

I paid over $500 with rush shipping for these seat covers and received a defective product. The packaging was not properly sealed as advertised (not vacuum sealed, loose inside the box), and the damage was to the actual seat cover—not the headrest as they incorrectly claimed. I opened the box carefully without using any blade, specifically to avoid damage, yet they are trying to blame me and charge an additional fee for a remake. That is completely unacceptable. For a company at this price poi
