My purchase was everything that was promised.

Good communication, updates consistently. Two bags ordered and received in a timely fashion.

I had no issues when ordering or receiving my order. I was able to track the estimated date and time I would receive my order and didn't need to contact support for anything

The exchange policy is not worth the hassle. I will just deal with the off color

How can I return back if I am not happy with the order?

Ease of Ordering and shipping were good. Just disappointed in the product.

Misleading ads for "real leather" when in fact it is some kind of rubbery looking fake leather.

It took about 2 weeks from order to delivery, but the few emails that I sent were answered quickly.

Laluva expects you to pay and then you get what you get. Too bad if you receive the wrong bag.

I love the process. I mean you’ve had a very easy of doing it came in the mail package had footprints all over it though, but that’s not your fault. That’s the post office. I hate the regular post office but the process going through it with you was great. I’m just not sure I would buy another purse from you

Longer ship time than expected.

I ordered one bag they sent me two identical bags on different days that I didn’t order the second one but they charge me for both and no refund. This is a horrible company.

Wasn't what I expected.

Customer service is awful. They are not straight. It took them like 4 days before explaining to me that returns are nearly impossible as they don’t have anywhere in the US to take the items back and it would not be cost effective to send them back to China. They don’t do returns at all

Cannot trust them. The advertising is misleading.

This bag is incredibly soft and luxurious. It’s easy to care for and I’m sure I’ll wear it for years.

A very misleading company

Ordered the trio of the werkin bags, size 30. I received 2 of the bags in the wrong color. The bags are beautiful, and I ordered another 2 bags in 35. I hope this issue will be resolved quickly.

It took a while to receive the purse, but the wait was definitely worth it.

Awful experience. I ordered the large size, but they sent me a small one. To return it, I’d have to pay for shipping back to China, which costs more than the bag itself. The quality is also terrible — the bag looks nothing like the photos. What they advertise appears high-end and stylish, but what I received was a cheap, plastic-like material with smeared black paint along the edges. It looks sloppy and poorly made. I will never use this company again, and I’ve already warned my friends and foll
