It was exciting to try the Caviar. We bought a pack with four different kinds and a little spoon and some crachers and the rich creame stuff. The caviar was excellent, especially the more expensive ones. The other things gave us confidence that were were doing it right, since we aren't affluent and don't have experience with caviar.
