Always prompt and no issues with products. I keep some and gift some. Great service

My first shipment had the wrong size for one pair and after several emails has not been resolved. This shipment - I checked all three pairs on the sizes and they were correct.

Sent me the wrong order and emails have gone unanswered.

It also seemed to take longer than expected to ship and arrive. The things that shipped from china actually arrived faster.

Not respond to any of my emails about the order!!!!

Waaaaaay to long delivery with no updates from customer service making one feel dropped on the floor. Communication could have saved a lot of frustration. Also, I didnt expect a product sent directly from China, as I normally divert from such products. Could be clearer in the marketing and branding

There's something wrong with this company. I thought I got scammed because I emailed them 4 times about shipping & I got an email back each time that it wasn't delivered, that the email didn't exist. When I received my shoes (to my surprise) they sent the wrong size. I emailed again and still got the failed delivery back. I msged them on IG, completely ignored, no response ever. I can't get a hold of anyone.

Ads misleading. Many times I clicked on an ad thinking I would find what was in the picture only to find the sale was not for the items depicted or only for two of the same product.

The email confirmation after I ordered the shoes wasn’t for the shoes I ordered. I didn’t get a shipping notification but I saw that the money had left the bank account. After weeks, I called the 800 number but no answer. I thought I had been scammed so I wrote an email. No replies. Even though, we’re happy with the shoes, I do not recommend bronoir and will not purchase from you again.

I highly recommend these shoes/boots for comfort, ease of care.

No one ever replies to emails submitted online and all emails to support come back as undeliverable.
