Problem was shipping to a P.O. Box but sorted with the physical address after a 2 week delay. Customer service was helpful. I usually put the P.O. box and physical address as mail and some parcels that are sent through the postal service requires a P.O. box number whereas UPS and Fedex needs a physical address as it’s delivered directly. Marshmalloo. com was confused!

Nothing special, the packaging is kinda the best part about the pillow-lol-the part that’s thrown away… Don’t get me wrong, the pillow itself IS comfy, but one of the main reasons I purchased it was that it’s advertised as COOLING, and it is DEFINITELY NOT cooling…so hopefully it will at least last for the price point
