I would like to get an answer of when my jacket will arrive the one that was sent to me according to your size chart was too small so I sent it back had to pay 33$ in shipping. And emailed Cust support and received a “thank you “ for a reply ! It is getting cold where I live and really want my new jacket . As far as the quality and style and fit. Everything g was excellent. I just need my right size to show up I ordered. My jacket. A over a month ago and I’m getting impatient . Thank you

Saw this advertised on fb. Almost impossible to actually find it on Lusso web site. Others complained about it in comments until they finally responded with a product name and how to find it. That’s how I ordered it. Took to months to get it. Then it didn’t fit. Ugh!!
