I didn't realize that the socks were coming from England and they took forever for me to get them! Additionally, the shipping company sent info that was unhelpful and confusing. Finally when I contacted Elliosa they were helpful in getting me clear info. If I order in the future at least I will have a realistic idea of when I should get the products
