My order was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo shows that the package was left in an unusual spot and not my front door. Unfortunately, it appears to have been taken.
This is very unusual. I receive deliveries at this address almost every day, and packages are normally left at my front door without any issue. I’ve never had a package stolen here before.
I paid for the order and never received it, and so far neither the delivery company nor your company has resolved the problem.
