I was a little annoyed because after the shipping label was created, I got no updates on the movement of my order. I reached out to customer service, who communicated back quickly with the location of my package. They let me know that I would get updates when the package reached my local carrier and was turned over to GoFo. I was nervous because this was my first order but customer service handled my concerns, and the socks were amazing when they arrived.

However, communication could be better on the website and via email to indicate an item went out of stock after placing an order at which time it showed in stock. Also, a better explanation of shipping status would be appreciated since my order had a label created for a week but couldn’t be tracked.

It was very easy to order on their website. The more you buy the more you save. I bought five pair. I didn’t know they were shipped from out of the USA and took two weeks to get to me. I would still buy again now that I know. I thought maybe something was wrong with the order when I didn’t receive it within a week. All is good and I am very pleased with the product.
