I was worried this would be a scam or the shipping would be ridiculously wrong. I've ordered twice already and have been completely satisfied with all 13 pairs of my socks☆

I ordered several socks on August 21. An entire month later and nothing has shipped despite the “5 day” processing stuff. On top of that, once it does ship - if that ever happens- I’ll have to wait about 2 weeks because that’s the standard amount of time to the US according to the chart in the FAQ. This is horrible.

The customer service people who I had to reach to for help in getting my socks delivered were very helpful and I have no complaints there. My order was split in 2 separate shipments which was disappointing and then delivery came with its own frustration but I got both orders eventually.

After submitting my order, the checked socks came out, and I fell in love with them. Two of the pairs were delayed, so I emailed and asked to switch them out for the checked pairs, and they did. They are the cutest checked socks. The only thing was that I asked for the blue, and received the pink. They are still super cute, and I received several compliments, but I had already purchased three other pairs of pink and was looking forward to the blue.
