After several emails to customer service about issues that have occurred both before and after my order arrived I can unfortunately say this company is a scam. The quality of the socks is very poor and they put up a front like they have good customer service but the point is to just drag the process out and waste your time. They don’t actually guarantee the quality. They can check my email thread. They know what happened.
