The automatic email was very helpful because it outlined expectations for when a reply is expected, which begun the interaction with clear communication. The associate was lovely and so helpful with listening to my concerns. Due to their help, the top actually fitted well and I realized I shuld have asked for their tips on fitting for the bottom as well.

Tried to swap for something else, size guide is way off and suit is designed for a very specific budget day type. Shitty company that clearly does not care about customers and wants to scam people out of money. I don’t think you should market to big boobed women when you can’t figure out sizing. My XL top was way too small in the cup area. The 2XL was way too small in the cup are but too big in the band. You clearly sell enough to be able to give out refunds to people who can’t fit into your tops. Bottoms fit great, but now I’m stuck with those & no top.
