I was really disappointed with the exchange process and the costs involved. I had to pay R150 for the exchange and then an additional courier fee, which brought the total to about R300 just to change my jacket size. I understand there are policies in place, but this feels quite steep and has made me hesitant about ordering online again.
I do now know my size, but it was a costly lesson.
