When I wanted to change the size (it was incorrectly delivered as a 30 instead of a 38), I was told it was no longer on sale and I would pay the full price. I would also have to courier it back, at my own expense, wait until it was verified to be unsused, then they would send a new one for a significant price increase. This isn't a good experience. It would take weeks to sort out and by then I would have been on holiday to the UK, where I needed the jacket. There must be an easier way. Takealot?
