The dress that I got was small and I opted to exchange for a bigger size and they asked me to pay an additional courier. A lady called me after to tell me that it was out of stock and I had to choose another dress. I was so frustrated and asked for a refund but she said they couldn't but they will give me a voucher. So far I've spent money on the dress+courier, return courier and additional courier. I'm not happy with this experience
