I didn't like the fact that there was no communication when the order was ready to be picked up. Worst of all, no communication of where to pick it up so I was stuck in Marabastad traffic for almost 2 hours only to be told that I must go into Pretoria central coz that's where orders are picked up. This was a huge inconvenience and utter waste of time.
