I personally didn't like how the dress looked on me. Furthermore, the price-performance ratio didn't match the quality. That wouldn't be so bad in itself. However, when I requested a return, I received neither a return label nor a return address. Including the shipping costs, the whole thing became very expensive, especially since one would expect functioning customer service, which was unfortunately lacking here.
