I ordered this for delivery to Canada as I was travelling for Christmas and this was a gift for there. It took about 15 days to get there. Customer Service was amazing as I was concerned the gift might not arrive and they were very helpful with solutions. 2 days before returning to the US the item arrived and all is well. I really appreciated the prompt response to my inquiries and the possible solutions offered if it had not arrived.

I have been buyin clean hands on Amazon ever since i saw on SHARK TANK.
AMAZON IS SOO MUCH EASIER ON ALL LEVELS. ON AMAZON IT TOOK 2 MINUTES.
ON THIS WEBSITE 2 DAYS.. I CAN NEVER GET THE 2 DAYS BACK IN MY LIFE TO MOVE ON TO OTHER THINGS.
I believe you are losing many many sales. It is worth spending more money on Amazon to add 2 days to my life
